The Port of Brighton is an International Ship and Port Security (ISPS) Code compliant Port and customs bonded facility. All personnel/vehicles must obtain access approval prior to entering the Port’s compound.

LABIDCO’s security personnel is responsible for approving Port Access Requests for port users and vehicles.

SHORE ENTRY 
REQUIREMENTS

Individuals seeking entry to the Port of Brighton must meet the following entry requirements:

Port-user Access Requirements

The following requirements must be adhered to:

  • All persons desiring access to the port are required to present one form of ID at the entry point (Gate A/B). Port users must carry photo ID at all times.
  • Companies are required to identify a maximum of three persons authorised to submit port-user access requests
  • Complete a Port of Brighton Port Access Request
  • Email completed Port of Brighton Port Access Request to brightonmarine@ngc.co.tt. Applications must be submitted at least 24-hrs in advance and 48-hrs for weekends/public holidays. Applications are processed on weekdays at 1400 hrs daily. Applications submitted after 1400 hrs will be processed the following day

Approved/denied notification(s) will be issued by LABIDCO.
